Quashan is a dynamic business leader with two decades of experience building high-performing and human-centered organizations across sports, business, entertainment, and hospitality industries. He is a champion for equity, inclusion, and social justice, holding various roles at several non-profit, civic, and advocacy organizations including Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., National Urban League, Enactus, and Sports Biz Careers. 

In 2020 Leaders Sports Awards named Quashan one of the top leaders in sport under 40, recognizing his proven ability to build organizational capabilities and deliver transformative people and organizational strategies and solutions to institutions, teams, and stakeholders globally.

Quashan is the Founder of Color of Sports and previously served as the Pac-12 Conference's first-ever Chief People & Inclusion Officer prior to being promoted to his current role as Chief Operating Officer. He also serves on various advisory and board level roles across sports, media, technology, and entertainment focused organizations and his previous experience includes roles at Endeavor's On Location, Legends, Avis Budget Group and Aramark Sports & Entertainment.
